Primary Purpose Directors of Sales are responsible for driving revenue and partnership growth for omnichannel retail media programs. This role is a player-coach position managing a personal book of business and a POD Lead with direct reports. The focus is on generating revenue pre- and post-sales across ADRM, managing existing accounts, and developing new partnerships within the CPG categories across our capabilities, including onsite, off-site, and in-store media. Work Schedule & Locations Flexible/hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD) and 2 remote days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Lead cross-brand initiatives and provide revenue updates, collaborating on new item introductions and marketing efforts. Communicate with brand teams regarding outreach, messaging, and SKU prioritization. Track sales activity using CRM tools like Salesforce. Lead negotiations with suppliers, presenting data-driven growth opportunities. Coach and mentor team members. Build trusted advisor relationships with CPG partners using solution selling frameworks. Manage relationships with top-tier suppliers and identify prospective contacts. Research brand organizations to uncover funding opportunities and drive relationship growth. Qualifications Knowledge of retail, eCommerce, digital monetization, and AdTech industry. Experience working with Category Merchants, Shopper Marketing, and Loyalty programs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Data-driven approach with familiarity with tools like Circana, PowerBi, CRM platforms. Proven sales success and media industry contacts. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Understanding of CPG environment and media terminology. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field. Strong presentation and leadership skills. Experience in strategic planning and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and trust-building abilities. Salary Range: $104,783-$157,174.
