Responsible for building and maintaining product development roadmaps for assigned product line(s) Responsible for assessing and monitoring core, adjacent, and transformative market landscape to identify opportunities for sustained growth of the portfolio Lead and represent marketing function in the discovery forum by identifying and assessing new opportunities for solving customer and business problems
New Product Development
Lead and represent the marketing function on the NPD team for development of product through stage gate process including development of business case, positioning, claims, messaging, branding, and launch the product. Responsible for launch excellence of new products and offerings to ensure project targets and expectations are met upon launch
Global Product Management
Responsible for global product management for the assigned product including demand forecast, sales support, training, product lifecycle, and managing day-to-day product issues.
US Marketing plan:
Support development of annual marketing plans for the assigned product line(s) Gain deep understanding of market, analyze US market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop marketing programs and tactics to drive growth of US business for assigned product line. Support quarterly US POA strategy and tactics in guidance of Marketing Director and in partnership with sales and demand generation team Responsible for delivering the US annual revenue and profitability target for assigned products.
Sales Enablement:
Create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and geographies Proactively identify customers success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing Develop sales tools, training material, and presentations to support sales in team in effectively communicating and delivering product value proposition
Customer Engagement
Collaborate with sales and customer support to gather customer and market insights
Minimum Basic Qualifications: Experienced in global upstream and US downstream medical device marketing Ability to travel Proficiency in marketing analytic tools (Sales Force, Power BI, HubSpot etc) Bachelor's Degree required. Preference for education n Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Kinesiology or related field . MBA (plus) Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required. Desired Characteristics: Medical Capital Equipment marketing experience (a plus) Sales Experience, (a plus) Traits: Curious, Customer centric, Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Cross-functional collaboration, process and continuous improvement.
