About this team
The Cybersecurity team enables us to conduct its global operations in a secure manner and safeguard the trusted information of its guests and users. This is accomplished by understanding business risk as manifested through cybersecurity and compliance risk, and by maintaining a high degree of employee awareness of all security and compliance topics. To further enhance our team, we are looking for a Content and Communications Analyst - Cybersecurity GRC, with demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity Awareness.
A day in the life:
As the Cybersecurity Awareness Content and Communications Analyst, you will work with the team to create and publish security awareness content and develop campaigns and communications pertaining to security awareness that will be distributed to multiple channels and target audiences across all our operating entities and geographies. Following are key areas of responsibility for this role:
Develop creative internal communications about cybersecurity topics, including phishing, social engineering and data protection, to enhance user engagement and awareness of security best practices Coordinate training content reviews and prepare for publishing and distribution Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for targeted awareness campaigns Align with enterprise learning and development teams to ensure inclusion of security awareness in corporate training programs Engage with business stakeholders to obtain input and feedback on security awareness topics and integrate into training content Qualifications:
3+ years' experience with training content creation, especially scenario-based cybersecurity awareness content. End-user/learner mindset or soft skills content creation experience a plus. Proven experience in enabling technology-related services, tools, or behavior changes across a large organization of non-technical operational staff. Expertise in designing content for diverse audiences: writing communications, delivering training, and gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity threats, risks, and issues, and fundamental security best practices preferred Must be people oriented, with deep empathy, listening, and customer-focus Excellent communication skills, with ability to reach and engage audiences and learners that may not have a security mindset Outstanding creative writing skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Canva (or similar design tools) preferred Video editing experience is a plus
