We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our Value-Based Care Analytics and Performance (VBCAP) zone. Your job will be to lead several strategic, definition, and design efforts for multiple teams focusing on our product suite of VBC data dashboards and exploration tools. This role is instrumental in surfacing insights to our customers about what opportunities for quality and contract performance improvement exist and directing them to actions they can take to improve patient care and meet critical business goals.

The Team: Our VBCAP zone is on the leading edge of a revolution in healthcare delivery. The UX team, working closely with its product and engineering partners are driving new experiences in the complex healthcare delivery ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- User research and discovery to support strategic initiatives
- Experience definition, modeling and strategy to turn research into actionable concepts
- Detailed designs of experiences that deliver on discovery and definition work
- Coordinating design delivery with engineering and product to iterate and adjust based on user feedback
Typical Qualifications
- Strong command of user-centered research (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Excellent conceptual design competencies, including modeling
- Demonstrated excellence in crafting information architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience
