Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Producer. The Regional Producer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Specific tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, attending training sessions, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and products.

Qualifications

• Excellent Sales and Prospecting skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
