Must demonstrate social-first conceptual thinking and best practices for digital and social platforms. Their work should show a love for composition, hierarchy, color, typography, photo manipulation, and storytelling. They must have experience creating a look and feel for a brand and carrying it through across a variety of executions. They must also have experience with photo / video shoots: creating mood boards, pre-production decks, on-set experience, and seeing it all through to fully designed executions. Nice-to-haves: motion graphic/animation skills, photography skills, set styling experience, experience creating brand guidelines.
