Winters Recreation is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in growing our online presence and driving digital sales. This position is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital and social advertising while managing our e-commerce platforms to enhance the customer experience and boost online revenue. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce operations, and data-driven decision-making.In this role, you will oversee product listings and orders, optimize website performance, track sales data, and coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional digital shopping experience. This is a Full-time onsite position; typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hourly wage $18-$25 an hour.
