Constantly seeking new opportunities to learn, improve, and expand ourknowledge and expertiseKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with our firm’s objectives through one-on-one meetings with firm owners.Generate, manage, and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements.Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) to create engaging visual content.Oversee and manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), ensuring consistent and effective communication.Utilize Meta Business Suite for targeted advertising and audience engagement.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Appropriately manage allocated marketing budget.Plan and manage marketing events and initiatives.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal sector.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Rice & Kendig is an equal-opportunity employer.
