About PartyPlace
PartyPlace is the easiest way to book bars and restaurants for group gatherings, events, and parties. We eliminate the hassle of back-and-forth emails, endless forms, and hidden fees. With a few clicks, users can discover and reserve the perfect venue. We’ve hit strong product-market fit and are growing fast — now we’re looking for someone to help us scale into the go-to destination for group reservations.
The Role
We’re hiring a Social & Growth Marketer to take the reins on our content and help turn social media into a bookings engine. You’ll create content, shape our brand voice, run campaigns, and connect with the community. This is our first marketing hire — you’ll work closely with the founders and play a huge role in shaping what PartyPlace becomes. This is perfect for someone who’s earlier in their career but full of ideas — a creator, brand builder, or marketer ready to run with it.

Turn organic social into the heartbeat of PartyPlace’s growth. If you can build a content engine that drives awareness, engagement, and real bookings — you’ll be at the center of our success story.
What You'll Do
Build and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and more. Create scroll-stopping content, manage a consistent calendar, and turn social into a real growth engine.
Launch and optimize organic campaigns. Turn followers into bookings through smart, compelling messaging and creative experiments.
Ideate and launch giveaways, creator collabs, and IRL activations that drive awareness and make people want to book through PartyPlace.
Engage the Community
Be in the DMs, comments, and trends. Turn feedback into action, and make users feel like they’re part of something bigger.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve worked on a small team, startup, or personal project — and know how to figure things out fast
- You’re fluent in TikTok and Instagram — whether you’ve grown a brand, built your own page, or worked with creators
- You know how to make content that connects — whether that’s editing video, writing captions, being on camera, or curating UGC
- You’re curious about growth — eager to experiment and learn more about running paid social campaigns and open to learning how content, customer acquisition, paid campaigns, and conversion funnels all tie together
- You’re creative, organized, and thrive when you have ownership
- You care about brand, storytelling, and community — not just likes and views
