We're seeking a talented Non-Profit Grant Writer to identify, research, and apply for funding opportunities. This role is vital in helping us establish and maintain corporate partnerships that fuel our mission. You will research potential funders, craft compelling and tailored grant proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to gather program outcomes, budgets, and impact data. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting timely and accurate grant reports, developing long-term funding strategies, and serving as the primary liaison for funders. This position also involves maintaining compliance with grant guidelines, organizing documentation, and working closely with the finance team to prepare project budgets. Requirements:
- 2-3 years in grant writing, nonprofit development, or fundraising
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, English, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus!)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with grant management systems (GrantHub, Foundant, Fluxx) is a plus!
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local funding opportunities is a plus!
- Prior experience writing grants for specific causes (education, healthcare, community development, etc.) is a plus!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
