Junior Graphic Designer Intern – Summer 2025
Location: Hybrid (Phoenix-based preferred)
BAES (Before Anything Else, Socials) is a creative studio-meets-social agency where strategy meets scroll-stopping content. We create visuals, campaigns, and brand moments that are effortless, elevated, and never boring. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic/Brand Designer Intern to join our team this summer to support day-to-day content creation, visual identity creation, and brand asset design across a wide range of clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Instagram posts for various clients tailored to each client’s aesthetic.
- Create brand assets including logos, packaging, and occasional print collateral.
- Export and upload social content into tools like Later.
- Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorms for content, branding, and campaign development.
- Have experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Display a versatile design style and adaptability to different brand aesthetics.
- Understand layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Develop a strong eye for design and good taste.
- Be eager to learn in a collaborative, creative environment where new ideas are welcomed.
- Be inspired by visual content, actively using Pinterest.
- Communicate effectively, responsibly, and respect internal deadlines.
- Experience with Figma, Framer, Squarespace, or WordPress is a plus.
- Experience working on beauty, lifestyle, or wellness brands, including practice projects.
- Prepare files for print.
- Aim to grow into a Junior Brand Designer role creating cohesive visual identities.
- Be eager to expand your creative skillset.
