Technical Communications Specialist needs 3+ years of experience in a technical environment. The ideal candidate for the Technical Communications Specialist position requires: 5+ years’ experience working with executive leadership to produce executive communications, internal web, and print communications Excellent proofreading and editing skills Experience in executive and client-facing roles Public relations experience Basic proficiency in web design, specifically using Jive Experience in graphic design and printing Ability to engage with executive leadership to understand communication needs, collect information, and produce well-written and compelling deliverables conveying the voice of the leaders Experience in planning, researching, and writing internal communications for technical departments, focusing on client and customer success stories Ability to drive awareness of important departmental messages throughout the company
