Job Summary: The Junior Digital Content Creator will support our marketing initiatives by producing high-quality digital content that reflects the core values of West Star Aviation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail who can work efficiently across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and edit a range of digital content, including social media updates, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our audience and highlight our MRO services. Research: Aggressively gather relevant information and insights related to the business jet industry, ensuring all content is accurate and reflects our commitment to operational excellence. Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, ensuring timely content execution and engaging effectively with our audience to foster community and brand loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams from various business units to source information and ideas that will enhance our content strategy and overall messaging. Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to drive better results, providing insights for continuous improvement in engagement and content strategy.
