What it would take to get to the next stage in our interview process:

• Demonstrate software proficiency in: Design (Adobe Suite), Production Layout (Flexi-Sign, V-Carve Pro), Production Prep (Versaworks).
• Have strong written skills and exhibit excellent phone & in-person communication skills.
• Show hands-on sign or printing or graphics design experience (REQUIRED) and strong creative graphic artist skills.
• Earned education in the graphic arts field.
• Display a detail-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to develop existing skills while open to learning new techniques.

What else would be good to bring to this position:

• 1 to 3 years strong sign or printing industry knowledge a plus.
• Experience with CNC and Engraving/ADA software and equipment a plus.
• Bachelor of fine arts from an accredited institution a plus.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic resulting in accomplishments relevant to the position.
• Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

• Person to work Full-Time and On-Site in Roxbury, NJ from Mon – Fri between 8:30am - 5pm.
• Career duties include - graphics design and computer layout used in digital printing, vinyl cutting, carving and engraving operations.
