JOB SUMMARY
This position works closely with the product & engineering departments to assist with trend research, product graphics, colors, packaging design, consumer unboxing experience, graphics technologies, instructions, technical sales tools, and owner's manuals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create purposeful, forward-thinking graphics for new ENVE product. Perform market research to understand and present trends for colors, design, and technologies Explore and evaluate new graphic application technologies to improve the consumer experience. Participate in graphic reviews and critiques and provide and/or receive objective feedback in a constructive manner. Develop a premium unboxing experience for the consumer, including packaging design, instructional materials, and other inclusions that drive brand loyalty. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Adhere and uphold all Company policies and procedures. Follow all procedures as they pertain to this position. Performs other duties as assigned.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES Individual internship goals and objectives. Departmental and organizational goals and objectives. Effective communication and ability to work with all departments. Compliance with Company policies (e.g., safety, quality, attendance, etc.).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY/POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities. This is an internship position and depending on need can be full or part time. Days and hours of work are generally agreed upon between the supervisor and intern prior to start date. Typical workdays for ENVE office team are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. Additional hours per day could be required as job duties demand. Regular onsite attendance is expected and required.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (R) = Required (P) = Preferred (Equivalent combinations will be considered)
(R) High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); undergraduate (junior or senior) student majoring in graphic design preferred.
(R) Ability to use a computer/tablet/keyboard and Microsoft Office suite and learn new technologies and systems.
(P) Experience or passion in the sports and outdoor industry.
(P) Knowledge of Adobe design software (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.)
(R) Knowledge of, and passion for, cycling industry, channels, and culture.
SKILLS (LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, REASONING, OTHER)
Time management skills and the ability to work with a team to accomplish goals and efficiently meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently with specific instructions and direct supervision.
Possess communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across the department.
Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking, problem solving, and thriving in a busy environment individually or in a team.
Able to give and receive feedback in an objective manner.

PHYSICAL / VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work in an office and outdoor environments.
Requires sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing, bending, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching are generally also required throughout the day to perform the functions of this position.
Must be able to safely carry product and promotional items weighing up to 40 lbs.

$20-$24 DOE
