Job Title: Jr. Graphic Designer
Location: Hauppauge, NY
Job Type: Full-time/In Person

We are seeking a driven and talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team full time. The winning candidate will have flexibility in their design aesthetics, contribute digital designs and other creative elements for a variety of website designs, apps and diverse deliverables. Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite products and be able to provide examples of their work.
While this position will be working in a corporate capacity, they will also be involved in supporting the operations of all of our Divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a dynamic and growing organization and is interested in gaining experience across multiple industries.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Junior Designer Understand the fundamental principles of design Knowledge of designing and producing: Desktop and mobile websites UX Design Presentation Software UI and workflow wireframes for developer production Social Media Asset Production
Some Videography and Video Editing Experience Portfolio of Web/Interactive Work (Please ensure portfolio link is easily accessible in resume or added in application notes. Portfolio is required for screening). Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) Web Development Tools Figma, Dreamweaver, XD Strong layout and typography skills Detail Oriented Excellent time management skills Ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to take direction and constructive feedback Ability to work independently within a team Strong commitment to career and advancement Preferred Qualifications:
Record of success designing and producing: Web and mobile applications Branding elements (e.g., logos, signage, business cards, letterhead) Physical advertising (e.g., brochures, catalogs, posters/banners, mailers)
Knowledge of Social Media advertising Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously Highly organized Amazing communicator Energetic, go-getter personality Working Hours & Compensation:
$17-$20 per hour Depending on Experience Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm 401k With Matching Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Generous Paid Time Off A stimulating and collaborative environment that values and rewards hard work, dedication and results-driven performance
Interview Process: Initial phone interview (10 minutes) Design challenge (1-3 hours) Post-challenge interview/review (1 hour)
