Job Title: Marketing & Graphics Assistant (Apparel Decor)

About Us:

Teefor2 is a growing apparel decorating company based in Chino, CA, specializing in screen printing, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film), and other custom printing techniques. We produce high-quality custom apparel for businesses, brands, and individuals. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented individual to assist with graphic design, content creation, social media, marketing materials, and online store management.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Graphic Design & Digital Layouts

• Assist in creating digital mockups and layouts for customer orders (limited direct customer communication).
• Design marketing materials, including catalogs, email campaigns, and postcards.
• Create graphics for social media, website content, and print marketing.
• Creative experience to develop fresh, eye-catching designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

✅ Content Creation & Social Media

• Capture and edit photos and videos of apparel production for promotional use.
• Develop engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase products and company work.
• Assist in scheduling and managing social media posts.

✅ Website & E-Commerce Management

• Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring listings and content are current.
• Help maintain and optimize third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.
• Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing updates across all platforms.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy in online orders and inventory.

✅ Marketing & Administrative Support

• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for easy access to design files and marketing content.
• Assist with basic data entry and organization of order details, customer lists, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

✔ Strong skills in photo/video capture + editing (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software is a plus).

✔ Experience in managing websites (Shopify, or similar platforms).

✔ Familiarity with Amazon Sellers, Etsy Sellers, and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

✔ Fast and efficient with computer work, data entry, and file organization.

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Knowledge of social media trends and content marketing strategies.

✔ Experience or interest in apparel decorating, screen printing, or related industries is a plus.
