The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in shaping our brand image and promoting the visual identity of our products and services for the Pearl. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong grasp of color theory, typography, and layout design to develop visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while also leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Essential Functions:

• Design a variety of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media content, print ads, tradeshow materials, and vendor landing pages.
• Create weekly podcast artwork that aligns with the brand's voice and theme.
• Design B2B vendor marketing emails, ensuring clear messaging and engaging visuals.
• Develop sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, one-pagers, and collateral to support business initiatives.
• Design for editorial and content marketing, including articles, blogs, and Wink weekly content emails to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Develop and maintain Google/Powerpoint slides templates and presentations for internal and external communication.
• Execute real-time creative requests, delivering quick-turn, high-quality designs as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools for enhanced design strategies, from image retouching to interactive prototypes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets while optimizing designs based on AI-driven insights.
• Communicate with vendors on artwork updates, incorporating feedback for iterative improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital formats.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI design tools.
• Experience designing for emails, social media, editorial content, and sales materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and content-driven designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to share concepts and ideas persuasively while maintaining brand consistency.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology.
• Ability to perform sedentary work.
