Job Summary: This position will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company's marketing and branding efforts. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels and enhancing the overall brand experience.

Essential Functions:

• Design and produce visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including:
  • Social media posts (images, videos, stories)
  • Website banners, landing pages, and infographics
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Print materials (Direct Mail, brochures, flyers, banners)
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Create motion graphics and animations for videos.
• Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro).
• Plan and produce high-quality video content (e.g., explainer videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles and a creative vision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.
• Still photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and change direction as needed to support growth in business.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Experience with animation software.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Videography, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

Compensation: The annual pay range for this position is $59,000 - $73,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by various factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
