Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating compelling and professional presentation layouts, advertisements, promotional materials, offering memorandum, etc.
• Manage heavy edits and change process once initial drafts are created.
• Create compelling social media content.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing and maintain a robust social media calendar.
• Adhere to brand standards while continually improving design.

Key Attributes And Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience in a professional setting – real estate specialty is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in the following applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; basic to intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Expertise in social media and email distribution platforms such as Constant Contact, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to handle direct feedback in a professional manner.
• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Regularly manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.
