This role requires a creative individual with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all digital designs align with the brand's identity and strategy while enhancing the user experience across all digital touchpoints. Job Description: Responsibilities Assist in the design and execution of digital assets for Brand websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Copy, and E-Commerce Operations, to support digital design initiatives. Support the creation of wireframes, visual mockups, and conceptual features for presentation and approval. Adapt and optimize designs for a mobile-first approach. Help maintain and enforce digital design standards and processes. Stay up-to-date with current digital design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive digital creative. Support brand-related design projects as needed, such as tasks involving brand guidelines or packaging. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills. Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
