Role: Visual Designer - Digital Apps.
Location: Dallas-TX | New York | New Jersey | San Antonio-TX | Atlanta.
We’re looking for an intermediate to senior designer with focus on design systems. In this role you will lead setting foundations and maturing design systems for contemporary app experiences. With a love for creativity and craft, you should have a passion for design systems, with a proven track record in managing and contributing to robust design systems. Working with amazing designers (product, design system), and other disciplines you will craft engaging interactive components and systems. You will co-create project plans, researching latest trends and best-in-class designs, as well as deliver assets such as concept, design guides / best practices, prototypes, and interactive components.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years in design.
- Experience working with fortune 100 brands, creating mass market products
- Manage design systems, and produce documentation and guides
- Create interactive/motion components for mobile apps
- Apply with conviction the best principles of layout composition, typography, visual hierarchy and motion design
- Offer strong rationale, prepare presentations and workshops that resonate with and engage your audience.
- Proactive and positive approach to work contributing to a fantastic team
- Iterate quickly in a fast-paced development
- Support and mentor junior designers, educate team on design process and principles.
