Job Title: UI/UX & Web Publication Location: Fort Worth, TX - Hybrid About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web publication, proficiency with Simpplr, and extensive experience in SharePoint integration and migration. This role requires a creative individual who can design intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring seamless integration and migration of SharePoint sites. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for Simpplr and SharePoint sites. • Manage and execute SharePoint integration and migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. • Utilize Simpplr for efficient web publication and content management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma or Axure • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and SharePoint projects. • Familiarity with Simpplr for web publication. • Hands-on experience with SharePoint integration and migration. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Axure. • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. • Certification in UI/UX design or SharePoint administration.
