Ideal Candidate will possess:

This is a hybrid role in Chesterfield, Virginia. Only candidates in a commutable distance will be considered.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop visually stunning designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including flyers, social media templates, brochures, marketing kits, assets for video and web, banners, posters, logos, and layouts for magazines and publications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that design solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Translate concepts and ideas into captivating visual representations that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand presence.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative techniques and technologies into design projects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (or equivalent work experience, certifications, etc.)
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a diverse portfolio of content in digital and print
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker with problem solving skills
- At least 2+ years of proven experience creating graphic designs
