We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Wheeling, Illinois. In this role, you will craft visually compelling designs that support our brand identity and marketing efforts across multiple channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Create branding assets, including logos, brand guidelines, and stationery, to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
- Design product packaging reflecting brand standards and appealing to target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual content.
- Produce video graphics and light animations for digital and multimedia projects.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to established guidelines.
- Optimize product listings for eCommerce platforms through visual enhancements.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Organize and maintain a digital archive of design assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch is advantageous.
- Knowledge of animation software like After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
