Robert Half's retail client in Central NJ is looking for a Junior Production Designer/Graphic Designer for a long-term contract with the potential to convert full-time. This position is 5 days/week onsite.
Job Description: We are looking for a
Junior Production Designer
to join our team and support both print and digital production design tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with basic production design tasks across print and digital formats. Communicate with the product team and occasionally with factories regarding color and design issues. Support the production team with various design-related tasks that do not require extensive experience or advanced design skills. Collaborate with senior designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in production files. Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are welcome Basic understanding of design principles and willingness to learn. Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
