Influencer Marketing Talent Coordinator
We are looking for an exceptionally organized Talent Coordinator who can assist our agency in various administrative duties and provide coordination under our Founder.
The ideal candidate for this position is a go-getter, self-motivated, responsive to priorities and current focus for the business as well as a remote working environment, and is savvy with various tech platforms.
2 x Part-Time Positions Available (with the right fit - will grow into full-time position, if desired)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Administrative:
- Manage some Influencer’s Inbox
- Manage Creator Schedules
- Send Weekly Reminders For Deadlines, Campaigns, Due Date, Etc.
- Manage Brand And Creator Talent Contact Databases
- Find Brand Contacts & Write Pitches for Creators
- Marketing/PR:
- Assist In Seeking Out PR Opportunities
- Send Gifts To Brands/Agency Contacts And Creator Talent When Appropriate
- Post On Linkedin & Instagram (All Content Will Be Provided)
- Creating Graphics In Canva As Needed
- Community:
- Sourcing & Campaign
- Finding Creators For Campaigns & Help Execute Campaigns On Behalf Of Brands
Requirements:
- Located in CST or EST timezone preferred but not required
- Proficiency in (or exhibits basic skills needed to learn): Google Suite, Zoom, and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Nice To Have:
- Canva Design Experience (You do not need to be a graphic designer but should be comfortable with the platform and able to provide graphics in alignment with branding)
- Social Media Experience
