This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, hours may vary. Pay based on experience, ranging from $15.00 to $22.00 per hour. Pay rate is negotiable. Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Installation of vehicle wraps, custom signage, vinyl graphics, acrylic lettering, perforated window vinyl, banners, etc.
- Review and understand work orders.
- Survey sites to assess the location, understand client requirements, and take measurements.
- Interact positively with customers.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and trucks.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of safe operation of power tools and general construction tools/methods.
- Ability to measure, level, and cut straight lines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work directly and professionally with clients.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor quality of projects; attention to detail is a must.
- Travel to and from installation worksites.
- Accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Team player with the ability to take direction from management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work in various climates; both indoor and outdoor.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand/kneel for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, hold up an 8x4 sheet, and no fear of heights.
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics.
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
- Ability to fulfill projects in wide temperature variances and exterior weather conditions.
