Leidos National Security Sector
provides vital support to our customers as they safeguard against evolving global threats. Our team ensures that intelligence clients access the necessary tools, technologies, and strategies to navigate a complex security environment successfully. We are looking for a Graphics Designer to support an Intelligence Community program in Bethesda, MD. An active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this role. The ideal candidate will assist Government staff by: Creating graphics, digital media, cartography, and multimedia products
Utilizing request management tools for prompt, high-quality support for communication requests
Collaborating with UI/UX designers in Knowledge Management to enhance user engagement and experience
Designing graphics for varied written and digital media
Developing and implementing design concepts for web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, advertisements, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content
Ensuring compliance with production standards, copyright laws, accessibility requirements, and public release protocols
Conducting technical quality checks on graphic products
Building and managing approved concepts in HTML/CSS to comply with responsive design standards
Providing cartographic support to design thematic and reference maps as required
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience is required. Additional experience may substitute for lack of degree.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory
Proven experience in:
Leading graphics creation across multiple media types
Mentoring and training junior staff members
Producing user-friendly graphic products
Designing for diverse digital media
Implementing design concepts for various digital products
Ensuring compliance with established guidelines and technical standards
Performing quality checks on technical products

$101,400.00 - $183,300.00 The Leidos pay range provided serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation.
