Category Marketing Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Rochester Description Job Summary: This position will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company's marketing and branding efforts. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels and enhancing the overall brand experience. Essential Functions: Design and produce visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including: Social media posts (images, videos, stories) Website banners, landing pages, and infographics Email marketing campaigns Print materials (Direct Mail, brochures, flyers, banners) Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices. Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Create motion graphics and animations for videos. Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) Plan and produce high-quality video content (e.g. explainer videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong portfolio demonstrating a proficiency inf design principles and a creative vision. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential. Still photography and videography skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage competing priorities and change direction as needed to support growth in business. Motion graphics and video editing skills. Experience with animation software. Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Videography or a related field. Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry highly desirable. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design. Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The annual pay range for this position is $59,000 - $73,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
