Assist in developing budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports. Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely collection, and preparing financial reports. Approve vendor invoices, verify work, manage communication, and ensure proper documentation. Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash. Oversee lease enforcement, including application approval, inspections, notices, evictions, and fee collection. Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Promote resident satisfaction by responding to inquiries and service requests promptly. Conduct property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards. Supervise property staff through hiring, training, and performance management. Manage relationships with owners by providing updates and responding to requests. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000, with potential additional compensation based on performance and role specifics. Eligible for quarterly, annual, weekly, or monthly bonus programs.
