The Kenosha News, a division of Lee Enterprises, is seeking a newspaper reporter/photographer who can write clearly, develop relationships with sources, and take initiative. Responsibilities include writing, taking photos/videos, and posting content online and on social media.
The primary beat will be covering retail, restaurants, and the greater business community. The role also involves general assignment reporting as needed.
The Kenosha News is a daily newspaper in southeast Wisconsin with a strong digital presence and multiple statewide awards. We focus on local content relevant to our readership.
Kenosha County, situated between Milwaukee and Chicago along Lake Michigan, has its own identity and relies on the Kenosha News for news and information.
The paper is part of Lee Enterprises’ southeast Wisconsin group, which includes The Journal Times in Racine and The Lake Geneva Regional News.
