As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing programs across the customer journey. You will leverage Braze and SendGrid to create automated and personalized campaigns that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lifecycle email marketing strategies to drive customer activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. Own and optimize automated email workflows, including onboarding, transactional, promotional, and win-back campaigns. Utilize Braze to build and manage dynamic customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Leverage SendGrid for high-volume email delivery, ensuring deliverability best practices and compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Customer Success) to align email strategies with overall business objectives. Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Continuously test subject lines, content, send times, and audience segments to optimize engagement. Maintain a clean and engaged email list through proper segmentation and hygiene best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar customer engagement platforms) and SendGrid (or other ESPs). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and deliverability. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools is a plus). Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. Why TomoCredit?
