We need a super-talented Videographer/Editor to join THE FARM—the newly formed and ever-growing in-house creative team at Country Supplier.

- FILM EDITING/PRODUCTION: Produce awesome videos that get over half-million views. Find creative ways to tell our brand story and create unique and engaging social posts.
- COMMERCIAL VIDEO: Film all video content needed for ad campaigns and social media.
- COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY: Photograph our awesome range of products in support of social media and other programs.
- SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have skills in lighting, video production, audio production, and editing footage.
- DESIGN: We need some web and digital design help occasionally too.
- COLLABORATION: Effectively interact with all departments to determine requirements and needs that meet campaign objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- AA, Bachelor’s (or working on Bachelor's) degree in photography, film-making, graphic design, or marketing related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight timelines
- Ability to interact and work with a team with a strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency
- Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a must, including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Sprout Social (or other social scheduling platform) is a plus
