MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the overall marketing and business development of the firm. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives and execute comprehensive strategies for the firm's practice groups. This position reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and Marketing Manager. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and some WordPress experience is desired. Candidate should have resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm. This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Diego, CA. SALARY AND BENEFITS: $28.00/hr - $34.00/hr Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting in maintaining the marketing department's library, including organization of files, records, articles, bios/profiles, events, calendars, etc. Working with outside team members and consultants to execute firm strategies and campaigns, such as publications, social media, and website maintenance. Event logistics and coordination. Maintenance of customer relationship database (CRM) and Marketing Manual/SOPs. Research and data collection. Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as development of marketing materials. Assisting in logistical planning for presentations and proposals (RFPs). Assisting with graphic design projects and social media, as needed. Providing additional support as needed, in overtime and on weekends, to assist with urgent campaigns and case marketing. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of graphic design experience, social media content experience is a plus. 2+ years of legal marketing, or similar experience in professional environment. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and strong graphic design skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of legal terminology and an understanding of the legal industry is a plus.
