Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Position Description:
We are seeking a full-time talented and experienced Marketing Director to work with our diverse team and drive the development and execution of a cohesive multi-faceted marketing strategy. The Marketing Director will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities among divisions, including brands management, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and market research.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to connect brands and sustainability efforts and support USDA grant work.
- Support vision of Executive Team in a rapidly expanding environment.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and creative development to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize marketing efforts.
- Create and manage approved marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum - bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required. Preferred MBA and/or 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Must have experience with CPG Food Marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, brands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including database management systems, project management software, and document creation tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
