Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in roles designed to provide hands-on experience under the guidance of a professional mentor and support team. These internships serve as a stepping stone to launch a successful career and may transition into full-time positions based on employer needs.

About our Company Partner:
Riceland Foods provides marketing services for rice and soybeans grown by its 5,500 farmer-members in Arkansas and Missouri. Each year, its 1,500 employees receive, store, transport process and market more than 125 million bushels (2.5 million metric tons) of grain.
About the Role:
The primary project is centered on mining recent survey data to better support communication and programming for cooperative members.
What You'll Do...
Conduct data cleaning and preparation tasks, such as removing duplicates, filling in missing values, and transforming data into a usable format Review and mine data from the FY24 Aimpoint member survey Create and implement an ongoing data gathering process based off member survey questionnaire Document all data points in the Marketing CRM and other relevant databases Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders Assist in the documentation of the data analysis processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes Intern Project Summary:
Review and mine data from the FY24 Aimpoint Member Survey Create and implement an ongoing data gathering process based off the questionnaire from the FY24 Aimpoint Member Survey to continue to add to the data set Documenting all data points in the Marketing CRM, HubSpot, and maintaining lists for all marketing audience buckets Coordinate with Riceland bookkeepers to update and maintain Riceland member mailing list and ensure accurate account information is captured Educational Outcomes for the Intern:
Gain understanding of working in a team driven environment Support project centered on member data gathering to develop strategic support strategies and tactics for future member communication efforts Exercise copywriting and graphic design skills Communication skills development through conducting member outreach to gather data and participating in team meetings Develop analytical reports and dashboard to showcase member survey results Details
Pay: +$15/hour Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday Length of Internship: 3 months Location: On-Site in Little Rock, Jonesboro or Stuttgart Arkansas
$15 - $15 an hour
How does the interview process work?
Apprenticely will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. Apprenticely will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate's skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
