Job Description: Mechanical Designer – HVAC & Plumbing About the Role: We are seeking a Mechanical Designer with expertise in HVAC and Plumbing design to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing facility systems for commercial and healthcare buildings, creating detailed layouts, and working within NEC codes. This role requires proficiency in Revit and strong technical knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and layout HVAC and Plumbing systems for commercial and healthcare facilities. Perform calculations and studies for HVAC system sizing and plumbing systems. Develop designs for HVAC ductwork, hydronic system piping, and water and drainage systems, including isometric diagrams. Ensure designs comply with NEC and other relevant codes. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design alignment with modular building requirements. Use Revit software for detailed design and modeling. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing design. Proficiency in Revit is a must. Strong knowledge of NEC codes and other relevant building codes. Experience designing water and drainage systems, HVAC ductwork, and piping systems. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is a plus but not required. Preferred Experience: Healthcare facility design experience. Familiarity with modular building design and construction. Salary & Benefits: Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 (flexible based on experience). Competitive benefits package.
