DescriptionA highly reputable mid-sized law firm in the Hackensack, NJ area is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our marketing department and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy communicating with diverse audiences, both internally and with external stakeholders. This entry-level position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences. This position has potential for growth and is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our firm.Responsibilities•Contacting and communicating with clients and vendors;•Attract and engage new clients;•Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships;•Designing/formatting print and digital materials for internal and external distribution;•Assisting the in-house Videographer/Production Specialist with filming content, editing, and delivering quality creative video assets for publication to all types of media including TV, digital marketing, social media, and website content;•Developing and managing contact and email lists;•Assisting at tradeshows and firm-related events;•Providing administrative support to the marketing department, as needed.Qualifications•Received or pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in marketing;•Fluent in MS Office suite;•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, online marketing tools, and/or digital analytics, is a plus;•Bilingual in Spanish or Korean, a plus;•Driver's license with reliable transportation a must;•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills;•Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus;•Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to see a project through from beginning to completion;•Enthusiasm for multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment;•Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, with a zest for solving problems and implementing solutions;•Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
