Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication.
Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
Policy Presentation: Present insurance policy options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions.
Sales Conversion: Close sales by negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Account Management: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and competition to provide clients with accurate information.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
Licensing: Active or completion of Illinois Property, casualty and life insurance License prior to launch date
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly desirable, but not required
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage and connect with clients.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced setting.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
