We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HOA Community Manager to join our team.
Preferably, the person for this role will have at least 2 years of HOA portfolio or property management experience, is client centric, an effective problem solver, and enjoys building relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, leads with professionalism and humility. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required. Our Community Managers are supported by a diligent team who is knowledgeable, fun, fair, and respectful, so you can focus your efforts on larger projects and delivering the best experience in Community Management.
Community Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommunication and relationship building with board of directorsOversee operations of the HOAPrepare and attend regular meetingsHomeowner and community communicationCreate weekly management reportsWeekly onsite community inspections and complianceAnalyze monthly community financial reports and work with community accountantVendor management for community maintenancePrepare and present yearly budgets to board of directorsReview and prepare invoicesContinued educationSkills
Previous HOA community management experience
