Why We Need You
As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Brand & Content to bring all things brand, content, and voice in-house—creating a cohesive, engaging, and impactful experience across every touchpoint. This is a B2C-focused role, ideal for a strategic yet hands-on content leader who understands how to build trust and engagement with retail investors and a broader consumer audience. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a content strategy that speaks directly to our investors and community—owning our brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across social media, website content, investor education, email marketing, and beyond. Own Our Voice & Messaging – Develop a compelling, consistent brand voice that speaks directly to retail investors and everyday consumers Content Strategy & Execution – Lead the development of investor-facing content, including blog articles, educational resources, email campaigns, and social media Social Media & Community Engagement – Manage and grow our social presence, ensuring we’re engaging with our audience in a meaningful way Investor & Customer Communications – Ensure all communications—from website copy to investor updates—are clear, compelling, and aligned with our mission Quality Assurance – Establish content standards and review all key materials to maintain quality and consistency Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align messaging across the company Data & Insights – Use analytics and engagement metrics to refine our content strategy and optimize performance Who You Are
B2C-Driven Storyteller – You understand how to connect with consumers and retail investors through clear, engaging, and inspiring content Strategic & Hands-On – You can develop high-level brand strategy while also creating content and managing execution Financial Services or Real Estate Investment Experience – You understand how to simplify complex financial topics and make them accessible to everyday investors Social Media Savvy – You know how to build and engage communities online Mission-Driven – You’re passionate about financial empowerment, real estate investment, and making a social impact Startup-Minded – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can build processes from scratch Qualifications
7+ years of experience in brand, content, or marketing leadership roles with a strong B2C focus Proven track record in building and managing a brand’s voice and content strategy across multiple channels Strong storytelling skills—able to craft compelling narratives that engage consumers and build brand trust Experience leading content strategy across social media, website, blog, email marketing, and investor education Leadership experience, with the ability to manage content teams, freelancers, or agencies Analytical mindset—comfortable using engagement metrics, audience insights, and content performance data to refine strategies Experience in financial services, real estate investment, or mission-driven brands is a plus Our Values
