Your Role Assist the design team
from
concept to completion . Develop detailed design documents
(2D, 3D, and hand sketches). Create technical drawings
across
DD, CD sets, and scheduling . Liaise with fabricators and vendors
for bespoke furniture, lighting, and joinery. FF&E specification and procurement , staying ahead of trends. ????
What Youll Need 5+ years experience
in high-end residential interior design. Degree in Interior Design or related field . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite . Strong 2D & 3D design skills
with rendering experience. FF&E specification and procurement expertise . ????
What Youll Get Salary : Up to $90,000. 401K & Discretionary Bonuses . Healthcare : Standard plan included. Vacation : 19 days to start, plus
bank holidays & Christmas shutdown . Sick Leave : 5 days. Work-Life Balance : 9am 6pm working hours. Summer Fridays :
Leave 2 hours early!
