Job Summary:
BARD's Leadership Development and Employee Resources team is seeking a highly energetic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Recruitment Manager! Under the direction of the Leadership Development and Employee Resources Director, the individual in this role will have the exciting responsibility of increasing brand awareness and attracting talent! This unique opportunity pairs sourcing potential applicants with the execution of marketing through strategic and well-designed initiatives. The goal of this role is to fulfill the company's hiring needs and accurately portray the company's brand, products, and services through Marketing activities.

Foster healthy relationships among internal and external customers to grow available products and services within the specific market. Build relationships with new customers while working with an existing customer base. Develop Marketing materials and campaigns for available products and services. Ability to identify and position products and services accurately to meet market demands. Develop the market and identify new opportunities through innovative strategies, continued market analysis, and competitive research to best target desired outreach for a refined, targeted message. Collaborate on the execution of customer events. Plan and execute customer focus groups to identify needs and translate the customer voice for future development of products and services. Assist in the development and execution of customer-centered presentations aimed at product offerings and services. Ability to Analyze data for decision-making and apply Marketing Analytics. Implement a method for surveying customers and measuring customer satisfaction i.e. develop an NPS strategy Develop strong value propositions for products and services. Create and execute social media campaigns to build brand reputation and market reach. Manage partnerships and requests for charitable donations within the communities we serve. Utilize platforms and databases to identify and engage customers and potential applicants. Plan and implement Recruitment Marketing to attract high-quality applicants. Execute recruitment goals and objectives. Maintain accurate tracking of departmental hiring needs. Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on BARD's goals and needs. Source candidates to move through the applicant pipeline. Create Marketing materials aimed at recruitment. Organize and participate in recruiting events, both internally and externally. Build relationships with local education institutions. Maintain accurate up-to-date job postings on internal and external boards. Communicate with Hiring Managers. Use a multi-channel approach to recruiting. Identify and pursue new methods for fueling the talent pipeline. Maintain recruiting KPIs - Key Performance Indicators. Review and Interview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Timely reporting of applicants. Move applicants through an applicant pipeline via a consistent hiring process. Assist with the coordination of interviews. Conduct phone screenings with potential applicants. Assist in the organization, planning, and execution of company events. Requirements and qualifications:
Ability and willingness to learn about position requirements - may include going into the field to see firsthand the job. Ability to review large volumes of resumes. Experience in Employer branding methods. Knowledge in the use of Social Media platforms for marketing. Ability to message via marketing strategies the company, products, and services accurately and in line with the company's well-established purpose. Knowledge and familiarity with Recruitment and Marketing. Ability to execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Ability to understand needs, which are met by an appropriate sense of urgency to complete necessary tasks. Great interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative in the design of marketing materials that align with the company's purpose, mission, and values. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking and testing Systems Experience using Workday desired Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field and/or a combination of education and related experience. Additional requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of groups and people both internal and external.
