Overview
Role Overview: We are looking for a Head of Marketing to launch and lead our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS marketing who can create and execute a strategy to grow our brand, attract leads, and enhance our online presence. You will play a key role in increasing website traffic, generating high-quality leads, and establishing our company as a recognized name in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase website and LinkedIn traffic.
- Improve search engine visibility (SEO) and online engagement.
- Execute marketing campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition.
- Strengthen brand positioning through creative storytelling and targeted initiatives.
- Expand brand reach through partnerships and industry collaborations.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
- Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of total marketing experience, preferably for a B2B Saas business with a product-led strategy
- Proven experience in launching and scaling a marketing function.
- Expertise in modern B2B marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and demand generation.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
