Person Specification - Essential requirements unless stated Education / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. In depth experience of relevant technologies, customers and markets with proven capability through performance metrics to show impact of strategy marketing ability. Academia background in material science and/or engineer background are preferred Proven experience of strategic planning and marketing operation.
Professional Skills/ Abilities: *Strategic planning skill *Campaign Management: Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. *Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. *Resilience & Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. *Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and ROI measurement. *Reporting and Evaluation: Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and conducting post-event evaluations. *Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
