The RoleWe're looking for a Head of Content to take full ownership of our creative strategy, ensuring that every piece of content—especially paid ads—drives conversions while maintaining our premium, aesthetic brand identity. You'll oversee all content production for paid ads, organic social, our Shopify store, and other digital platforms while managing a lean team that is growing.
This role is perfect for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on—you’ll be expected to ideate, shoot, edit, and manage content while also overseeing creators, agencies, and influencers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can wear multiple hats, and know how to balance performance marketing with brand aesthetics, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoContent Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute our content strategy across paid ads, organic social, and other platforms like our Shopify store.
- Develop high-converting yet aesthetic ad creatives, with an emphasis on UGC-driven paid ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content—premium, modern, and high-end aesthetics while prioritizing conversion performance.
Video & Photo Production
- Oversee all video content production—either filming/editing yourself or managing creators/agencies.
- Manage UGC content production, coordinating with influencers, paid creators, and in-house resources.
- Direct and oversee product photography to ensure visuals match our high-end brand identity.
Paid & Organic Social Content
- Develop high-performing ad creatives based on performance insights, ensuring we constantly test and optimize for conversion.
- Oversee organic social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms—creating engaging, on-brand content.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to analyze content performance and iterate on creatives.
Creative Coordination & Management
- Manage relationships with content creators, agencies, and internal teams to streamline content production.
- Oversee post-production—including editing, copywriting, and design tweaks—to ensure final content is polished and effective.
- Maintain an organized system for content creation, planning, and asset storage.
Proven experience in content creation for a DTC/consumer brand—especially in high-performing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok).
A strong portfolio of ad creatives that showcase high-converting yet aesthetic content.
Experience managing social media accounts, UGC production, and creative campaigns.
Deep understanding of what makes content convert in paid advertising (hooks, storytelling, structure, and testing).
Strong hands-on skills—whether in shooting, editing, copywriting, or designing ads.
Ability to coordinate influencers, UGC creators, and agencies to source, brief, and manage content.
Aesthetic-first mindset with an eye for high-end visuals and branding.
Highly resourceful and organized—able to manage multiple projects while keeping a pulse on performance data.
Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments is a plus.
