Join Aprio's Growth Team, and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Video Production Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your role as a Video Production Manager is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality video content for our internal clients. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of video production and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the development of video strategies, budgets, schedules, and workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, graphics, animation, sound, and distribution.
- Supervise and mentor video team members, editors, and freelancers and provide feedback and guidance on their work.
- Collaborate with clients, brand directors, and other departments to understand the project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create and manage video production budgets, schedules, and resources and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain video production standards, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of video content and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in video production, media, communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficient in video production software and equipment, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong creative and technical skills in video storytelling, editing, graphics, animation, sound, and lighting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with the C-suite team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about video and media and up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
