This position will provide overall leadership and strategy for the marketing organization. Develop imi branding initiatives around advertising, social media, corporate communications, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish a robust Marketing organization that provides strategy to strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals.Strengthen the organization's market presence in the geographic regions that imi's portfolio of companies operates inActive member of the leadership teamProvide focus on community involvement initiativesDevelop internal communications that recognize company and individual achievementsEnhance social media presence in line with company goals and objectivesForm strategic partnerships that positively influence imi brandingOversee the coordination of various internal leadership events and programsEstablish e-marketing presence through out the companies footprintDevelop corporate standards for written communicationEnsure the standards of the corporate image is being upheld to a levelAnalyze marketing metrics to provide guidance to various functions in the organizationDevelop and execute a data driven approach to marketing across a variety of channels including but not limited to digital platforms, emails, and social media.Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPI's and reporting.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing10 + years of progressive experience in Corporate Marketing and Communications5+ years of Managing a Corporate Marketing functionAbility to influence at an executive levelExcellent communication skillsDocumented experience with electronic marketing initiativesSpanish speaking or bilingual a plus
