We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Technician/Designer to join our team and contribute to our impactful projects.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD Technician/Designer to support our water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, proficiency in CAD software, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working closely with engineers and project managers to develop detailed designs and drawings that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs for water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Perform site visits and field inspections as needed to gather data and verify design requirements.Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.Maintain and organize project files and documentation.Mentor and provide guidance to junior CAD technicians and designers.Qualifications:Associate's degree in CAD, Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
